Privacy policy

The information contained in this Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 no. 679 (“Regulation”), as well as the Measures issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority and Guidelines of European authorities.

Owner and place of data processing

 The data supervisory bodies for the companies in the group are:

The data are processed at the Data Controllers’ premises by technical staff of the Companies appointed to the processing.

Data processing methods

The Companies process the data by adopting all appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, as well as unauthorised disclosure, modification or destruction of the data. The processing is carried out using both manual and computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logics strictly related and limited to the purposes indicated.

Purpose of data processing and legal basis for treatment

The Companies, through the Site, may process data for the following purposes:

a.  Fulfilment of legal and/or relevant obligations. The Companies may also use the personal data provided for purposes related to the fulfilment of legal obligations, regulations, national and community rules as well as deriving from provisions given by authorities legitimated by law, which represent the legal basis of the processing, without the need to obtain the User’s prior consent.

b. To carry out aggregate statistical analysis on an anonymous basis in order to improve the performance and services offered by the Companies through the Site. In this case, no consent of the User will be required, as the processing indicated will be carried out solely on anonymous data.

Disclosure of data to third parties

The data provided by the User will not be disclosed and may be communicated, for the purposes and in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy, to the categories of persons indicated below:

1.  companies, collaborators, consultants or freelance professionals that the Company uses to carry out activities preparatory to the pursuit of the purposes indicated, or with which the Company collaborates for the provision and operation of its services or for any communication activities;

2.  persons, companies or professional firms providing assistance and advice to the Companies, with particular but not exclusive reference to administrative and legal matters

3. parties whose right to access the data is recognised by legal provisions or orders of the authorities.

The subjects belonging to the above categories will use the data as autonomous data controllers pursuant to the law or as data processors duly appointed by the Companies.

The list of those to whom the data are or may be communicated may be requested from the Companies by contacting the addresses indicated.

Data retention

The User’s data collected and processed will be kept until such time as consent is refused/withdrawn, in relation to the specific purpose.

User rights and contacts

The User may exercise, in the cases expressly provided for by law and where applicable, the rights provided for in the Regulations. In particular, the User has the right to:

  1.  obtain confirmation that your personal data are being processed and, if so, to request from the data controller access to information relating to such treatment (e.g. purposes, categories of data processed, recipients or categories of recipients of the data, storage period, etc.);
  2. request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  3. ask the data controller to delete the data (e.g. if the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected, if the consent on which the processing is based is revoked, etc.);
  4. request the restriction of the data processing (e.g. if the User disputes the accuracy of the data; if the processing is unlawful and the User objects to the deletion of the personal data; if the data are necessary for the exercise or defence of a right of the User, even if the data controller no longer needs them; if the User exercises his right to object, for the time necessary to verify the existence of legitimate reasons)
  5. to receive in a commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g. pdf) the personal data concerning him/her and to transmit them to another data controller, or to obtain direct transmission from one data controller to another, if technically feasible (so-called data portability).

The User also has the right to object in part or completely, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her.
